Highlights include:

  • A brief history of the chart and its usage throughout time
  • Launch of new services aimed at increasing safety and efficiency at sea
  • New developments of the mobile application NaVida available freely on AppStore and Google Play
  • Use of ECC's solutions in national administrations and government organisations
  • Launch of the Pay-As-You-Go service model, giving ships immediate to global ENC coverage and continuous recordings of the chart's use; and
  • Predictions for ENC and navigational solutions in the future

The NaVida application was yesterday launched on Google Play. This means that this top downloaded free navigational app, which to date has only been available on AppStore, can finally be utilized by those who have an android phone.
